This license lets you READ the source code of Gantry. It does not let you use it.

Gantry is proprietary software. Its source is made available for inspection only —
so you can audit it, review it for security, and understand what you are running
before you run it. Gantry is NOT open-source software.

YOU MAY:

  - Read, search, and review the source code.
  - Run it against your own private analysis, audit, or security-scanning tools.
  - Share it with your own advisors and auditors, provided they agree to these
    same terms.
  - Compile or build the source solely to verify it — for example, to reproduce
    a binary and compare its checksum against a Gantry binary you obtained
    elsewhere. This is for verification only: you may not run, deploy, or
    otherwise use a binary you build from this source.

YOU MAY NOT:

  - Run, deploy, or otherwise operate Gantry built from this source, or use a
    binary you build from it for anything other than the checksum verification
    described above. Compiling for any purpose other than that verification is
    also not permitted. Using Gantry in any real capacity requires a separate
    paid license.
  - Modify it, or create derivative or competing works from it.
  - Redistribute, publish, or post it anywhere public — including public
    repositories, forums, or hosted / multi-tenant code-analysis and AI services.
  - Use it to train or improve any machine-learning model, except as a purely
    private analysis tool that keeps the code inside your own environment.
  - Remove or alter any copyright, license, or proprietary notice.

THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS. Gantry bundles third-party open-source dependencies that
keep their own licenses; nothing here overrides them. The bundled mcurses
components (mcurses-menu, mcurses-select, mcurses-clipboard, under vendor/) are
covered by this same Gantry Source License. Third-party notices and
license texts are reproduced in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md.

CONFIDENTIALITY. The source is confidential. Treat it with at least reasonable
care and do not disclose it except as allowed above.

NO WARRANTY. The source is provided "as is", for review only, with no warranty
of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pragmatisk Inferens is not liable
for any damages arising from it.

TERMINATION. This license ends if you breach it. On termination, stop using and
delete the source, except copies you must keep for legal or audit records —
which stay bound by these terms.
