Gantry End User License Agreement

This agreement governs your use of the Gantry software in binary form ("Gantry").
By installing or using Gantry, you agree to it. Reading Gantry's source code is
governed separately by the Gantry Source License (see LICENSE); this
agreement is about running the software.

LICENSE. If you hold a valid, paid (or otherwise authorized) license, you may
install and run Gantry for your own work — including on your own and your clients'
code — within your organization. This right is non-exclusive, non-transferable,
and lasts only while your license is valid.

YOUR CODE IS YOURS. Gantry orchestrates coding agents that write and modify code
in your repositories. You own everything Gantry produces in your repositories.
This agreement grants Pragmatisk Inferens no rights in your code, your repositories, or
your work product.

THIRD-PARTY AGENTS AND COSTS. Gantry drives third-party coding-agent CLIs and the
AI providers behind them (Claude, Codex, and others). Those run under YOUR
accounts, on YOUR credentials, at YOUR expense, and under their own terms. You
are responsible for their behavior, their output, their usage limits, and their
costs. Pragmatisk Inferens does not underwrite or control them.

YOU MAY NOT:

  - Redistribute, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or share Gantry with anyone
    outside your organization.
  - Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble Gantry, or attempt to reconstruct
    its source code from the binary, except where the law expressly allows it.
  - Remove or alter any license check, copyright notice, or proprietary notice.
  - Use Gantry to build a competing product or service.

AUTONOMY AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. Gantry runs autonomous agents that read, write,
run, and commit code for hours without supervision. You are responsible for
where you run it and what it is allowed to touch. Run it against code you can
afford to have changed, keep backups, and use its isolation features. Pragmatisk Inferens
is not responsible for what the agents do to your systems or data.

NO WARRANTY. Gantry is provided "as is", with no warranty of any kind — express,
implied, or statutory — including merchantability, fitness for a particular
purpose, and non-infringement. Pragmatisk Inferens does not warrant that Gantry is
error-free or that any build it produces is correct.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pragmatisk Inferens is
not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or
for lost profits, data, or business. Pragmatisk Inferens's total liability under this
agreement will not exceed the fees you paid for Gantry in the twelve months before
the claim.

TERMINATION. This agreement ends if you breach it or your license lapses. On
termination, stop using Gantry and remove it from your systems. The ownership,
warranty, liability, and third-party clauses survive.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
